Twin City Energy Services, Inc. was started on February 8, 2011 with the goal to provide top notch customer service and more hands-on contact with each customer than most companies in the industry. We strive to provide a personalized service that lasts longer than the contract and this sets Twin City Energy Service, Inc. apart from other companies. Our objective is to educate you about how to make the right decision whether you are a client of ours or not.
Twin City Energy Services, Inc. provides clients with options in purchasing their natural gas as well as electricity needs. We realize that every business has individualized needs, which is why we present a program that will best meet those energy needs. Other services provided include: demand response, lighting retrofits, co-generation and back up generation systems.
In 2021, Twin City Energy Services, Inc. aligned with a partner company to help clients with their merchant services and POS needs. This has proven to be an extra benefit to our clients with understanding their merchant services statements and making sure they are being charged what they thought they were being charged when they signed a contract with their merchant services company.
THE PRESIDENT
With over twenty years of experience, Chris A Landstrom has built a solid reputation in the business of natural gas, electricity brokering and demand response programs and is committed to providing quality service to all of his customers. Chris believes that his reputation as an honest and reliable business owner is the key to success. This and consistent service with competitive prices profit both the customers and well as Twin City Energy Services, Inc. in the long run.
Chris was raised and educated in Pontiac, Illinois and now lives in Bloomington, Illinois with his wife and two daughters. Chris started in the energy industry in 2001 and has since worked for two different energy supply companies. Chris decided with his years of experience in the business of natural gas and electricity brokering, he wanted to develop a company that would focus on giving value and service to each of its customers.
